At the Seven Tuns do everything with seasonality, sustainability and locality. We always keep these three principles in the forefront of our minds.
Our owner and head chef Thomas Conway, alongside Sous Chef Jordan Lord aim to use as much of the fantastic produce found on our doorstep in the heart of the Cotswolds. With an eye toward sourcing the freshest ingredients, we change our menu seasonally to reflect the flavours found at each time of the year. By respecting the seasonality of the harvest, we are able to focus on each ingredient at its peak. This natural diversity allows us to prepare food simply, letting the quality and vibrant flavour of each ingredient shine. Our newly refurbished restaurant has been designed with a warm and welcoming feel, however, the most important aspect of any restaurant is the quality of food and service, and we are justifiably proud of both.
